We offer post-warranty repair service plans for home appliances such as refrigerators, televisions and washing machines. When the manufacturer's warranty on a product ends, our plan takes over: if the product develops an electrical or mechanical fault during the plan period, we arrange the repair through our partner service centres and pay for the labour and covered spare parts.
Plans are sold through our network of partner retail stores at the time of purchase, or within 60 days of the manufacturer's warranty ending. Every customer receives a digital service card with a unique plan number and QR code.
Our plans are Extended Repair Service Contracts. They are a service commitment by VVV Chemicals Limited to repair a covered product, delivered through authorised technicians.
We are not an insurance company, our plans are not insurance policies, and we do not pay cash compensation for loss or damage. Coverage, limits and exclusions are listed in full on our Terms & Coverage page.

Our team checks the plan and coverage, usually the same day.
A partner service centre is assigned; for large appliances the technician visits your home.
The request is closed only after you confirm the repair with an OTP sent to your registered mobile.
Service is currently available in selected PIN codes in Uttar Pradesh where we have partner service centres, starting with Bareilly and Moradabad districts. A plan can only be issued for a PIN code where service is available.
