This policy explains what information VVV Chemicals Limited ("we", "us") collects through warrantybadhao.com and the warrantybadhao app, why we collect it, and how you can control it. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
Name, mobile number, email, address and PIN code.
Product category, brand, model, serial or IMEI number, purchase date, invoice value and invoice photo.
Description of the fault, photos you upload, technician notes and repair records.
Business name, GST, PAN and bank details of partner stores and service centres, for payments and compliance.
Device type, browser, IP address and approximate location when you use our website or app. Field staff share GPS location during store visits.
To issue and manage your service plan, verify your product at the time of a service request, assign a technician near you, send OTPs and status updates by SMS or WhatsApp, process payments and refunds, pay our partners, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We share only what is needed with: the partner store that sold your plan; the service centre assigned to your request (name, contact number, address and product details); our SMS, WhatsApp and payment gateway providers; and government authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Online payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV or banking password on our servers.
Plan and service records are retained for the plan period plus the period required under applicable tax and company law (generally 8 years). Invoice photos and fault photos are retained for the same period as the plan. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
You may ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data. Requests can be made from the account deletion page or by email to vvvlimited@gmail.com. Where a plan is active or a service request has been serviced, we retain the records needed to honour the contract and meet legal duties, and delete the rest.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers located in India. Access inside the company is limited to staff who need it for their role. Passwords are stored in hashed form and service requests can be closed only with the customer's OTP.
